The company is not in liquidation, is not subject to initiation of bankruptcy or restructuring proceedingsThe age of the company is at least two yearsThe company employs at least 1 employee (Exception applies to MB and IĮ)The assets and ownership indicator of the company is 5 % and higherThe credit rating score of the company is >580 points (average, high and highest reliability companies)The company did not have significant indebtedness to SODRA in the last 6 monthsThe credit limit calculated for the company is higher than the median credit limit for companies of the same sector and the same size.Sectors of activity under certification
